Returns & Refunds (Online Only)
Joyville Inc.’s online return policy makes shopping worry-free. We accept returns and exchanges on regular-priced, unworn items with tags (shoes must be in their original box) within 14 days of receipt; please note that sale and discounted items are final sale. Jewelry cannot be returned once worn, but manufacturer defects reported within 90 days may be reviewed by emailing info@joyvilleinc.com. To start a return, mail items to 3024 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75206 (shipping costs are non-refundable) or bring them to our retail stores in Dallas or Crested Butte with proof of purchase. Once inspected, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item, and in-store pick-up orders must be collected within 7 days of notification to avoid cancellation.
