About the Role
The Assistant Store Director is a senior leadership position responsible for partnering closely with the Store Director to oversee daily operations, sales performance, team development, and the overall guest experience.
This role requires a strong floor presence, a refined eye for style and merchandising, and the ability to coach others toward excellence. You will help translate ROAM’s brand standards into consistent, elevated experiences for both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Floor Leadership
• Set the tone for the sales floor with calm confidence and professionalism
• Drive daily sales performance through goal alignment, presence, and motivation
• Analyze results to identify opportunities, patterns, and areas for improvement
Team Development & Coaching
• Lead trainings, floor communication, and ongoing skill development
• Coach Sales Captains and Stylists with clarity, consistency, and care
• Deliver timely, constructive feedback that builds confidence and capability
Operations & Business Support
• Partner with the Store Director on scheduling, payroll, and operational planning
• Support execution of store initiatives and ensure follow-through on priorities
• Maintain strong organizational standards and operational rhythm
Style, Service & Brand Standards
• Model elevated styling, hospitality, and client experience at all times
• Support visual merchandising execution and uphold brand presentation
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships rooted in trust and service
Leadership Partnership
• Serve as a trusted right hand to the Store Director
• Collaborate with the buying team to support product storytelling and strategy
• Confidently lead the store in the Director’s absence
