About the Role
The Assistant Store Director is a high-impact leadership position at Favor the Kind. You’ll partner closely with the Store Director to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, coach the team, and keep our store energy high and joyful. You’ll model best-in-class customer service and cultivate a culture of excellence—while helping us serve the best customers on the planet.
This role is made for someone who is passionate about retail, loves coaching, and is ready to lead with heart and hustle.

🎯 Operational Support
- Partner with the Store Director on scheduling, payroll, and strategy
- Oversee daily operations and step in where needed
- Help track progress and keep projects moving
👗 Style & Service Leadership
- Lead by example in all things styling, service, and hospitality
- Help bring visual direction to life through strong merchandising
- Build customer relationships that bring people back again and again
🤝 Be a Trusted Partner
- Work directly with the buying team to align on product strategy
- Be the right hand to the Store Director in all things leadership
- Lead the floor when the Director is off or traveling
You’re Perfect for This If You…
- Have 3+ years experience in retail sales and team leadership
- Are confident in leading, motivating, and coaching others
