We are currently hiring Crowd Pleasers

A Crowd Pleaser is a part-time salesperson. We have big expectations for our Crowd Pleasers, as they have the most critical job in the company: to create joy for our customers! In short: they're the kind of person customers remember — and teammates rely on. This role requires availability for a minimum of 4 weekend days per month.

What does a Crowd Pleaser do? They generate JOY by hosting:

1. Welcoming every customer the moment they walk through the door — by name if you know it, with warmth if you don't
2. Treating the store like a party and every customer like a guest you personally invited
3. Reading the room — knowing when someone wants help, when they want space, and when they need both
4. Becoming a product expert so recommendations feel personal, not scripted
5. Styling and gifting with intention — helping customers find something that feels exactly right
6. Keeping the store beautiful — because the environment is part of the experience
7. Leaving every customer better than you found them — more joyful, more seen, more taken care of

An effective Crowd Pleaser:

1. Is outgoing and personable
2. Possesses a sunny-side-up disposition
3. Is reliable and responsible
4. Is professional and respectful
5. Is a quick learner
6. Is able to work on their feet for 8 hours
7. Has a keen awareness of surroundings
8. Is servant-hearted and willing to go the extra mile

PAY & GROWTH

We believe the work you do here has real value — and we pay accordingly.

• Crowd Pleaser: $16–$18/hour to start
• Advanced Selling Skills: $19–$20/hour — for team members who demonstrate strong product knowledge and elevated sales techniques
• Part-Time MOD (Manager on Duty): $21–$22/hour — for those ready to lead the floor and take ownership of the experience
