About the Role
As a Sales + Styling Captain, you’ll do more than sell—you’ll create connection. Your mission is to delight every customer who walks through the door, whether it’s by helping them find the perfect gift, building a stylish outfit, or simply being a bright spot in their day.
For Captains who seek leadership, we offer a higher pay for those trained and certified to be Manager on Duty.

The Details
- Part-time role scheduled between 16 and 30 hours a week
- Must be able to work 4 weekend days a month
- Increased pay for Captains who complete Manager on Duty training and certification
