Our Operations Support team works behind the scenes to help keep Favor the Kind organized, stocked and ready for customers.

What You'll Do

• Steam + prep new clothing
• Tag incoming merchandise
• Organize back stock
• Help unpack and process shipments
• Keep product organized and ready to hit the sales floor
• Help our Operations team tackle the never-ending flow of NEW!

The Schedule

This is a small part-time role — 2–4 hour shifts focused on getting product processed, organized and ready to sell.

$16/hour

Perfect for someone who loves staying busy, getting things DONE and leaving a space better than they found it. 🧡
