Sales and Social Media Captain APPLY NOW
Hello from Joyville! Joyville, Inc. is the parent company for 4 growing retail brands, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Our first store, Favor the Kind, began in 2007 with a flagship store in Dallas, and expanded to a second location in Crested Butte, Colorado. ROAM Fine Goods, our fancy sister store, came next with two locations in Dallas. In 2024 we are launching a sustainable apothecary, general store, and refillery called Earnest John Honest Goods. Lastly, we recently opened our passion project, a give-back kids store called The Friend Ship, inside ROAM to raise funds to send underprivileged kids to summer camp.
In Joyville we aim to reach the idealistic and rewarding goals of personal contentment, job ownership, culture engagement, and abundance. Sounds amazing, right? We use our values of servant-heartedness, enthusiasm, perseverance, and accountability to fuel our business and impress our customers. We take extreme pride in a positive work environment.
