This is a fun and rewarding role in the store, with the main purpose to make customers look and feel special. We have big expectations for our Crowd Pleasers, as they have the most critical job in the company: to create joy for our customers.
Job responsibilities include:
- Hosting the store and treating customers like they are special guests at an event
- Styling customers with functional inspiring head-to-toe looks
- Becoming an expert on our brands and products
- Communicating with Buyers to share feedback
- Upkeeping the store’s visual and cleaning standards
A Crowd Pleaser:
- is enthusiastic about fashion and styling
- is servant-hearted and willing to go the extra mile
- contributes to Joyville's Kind Culture program
- puts customer's needs ahead of their own
- is able to work on their feet for 8 hours
- has a keen awareness of the surroundings
- must be available to work weekends (a minimum of 5 weekend days a month is required)
Pay starts at $18 per hour. Weekend Crowd Pleasers are eligible for employee discounts.
