To start a return, mail items to 3024 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75206 (shipping costs are non-refundable) or bring them to our retail stores in Dallas or Crested Butte with proof of purchase. Once inspected, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
