We’re hosting our very first Purge Party — a curated neighborhood sidewalk sale where you can sell, swap, and shop pre-loved home goods, trinkets, and treasures. Think garage sale, but cool. Funky, but not junky. And give your home a lovely, fresh start!
WHY PURGE GOOD STUFF?
Because clutter isn’t always junk. Sometimes it’s:
• Too much of a good thing
• A beautiful piece that no longer fits your space
• A past-era purchase
• Something you’ve simply outgrown
If it’s still cool, clean, and functional — bring it. If it’s broken, stained, or questionable — let’s skip it.

Purchase a $30 ticket to reserve your pop-up spot. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Spots measure approx. 8ft x 8ft.
- Please bring your own staging and display materials (tables, shelves etc.)
- You will receive a spot assignment upon purchase confirmation and that spot will determine your location to sell from during the event.
- Spot locations are given at random.
- Once your spot is reserved (via ticket purchase), you will receive a confirmation email detailing pop-up booth number, set-up logistics, selling tips and tear-down logistics!
- Unique furniture & décor (small-scale furniture, mirrors, lamps, vases, textiles, statement pieces. You'll need to be able to set up what you bring.)
- Artwork (paintings, prints, photography, framed or unframed)
- Lifestyle goods (candles, ceramics, tabletop items, planters)
- Giftable goods (small art objects, keepsakes, trinkets, treasures)
- Anything broken or with missing parts
- Furniture pieces you can't move independently or with self-managed assistance
- Toys, books, clothing, jewelry
- Set up will be at 8am. The sale beings at 10am and ends at 3pm. Please plan to stay the entire time.
- Participants are responsible for transporting, unloading and re-loading all merchandise, displays and materials to and from Favor the Kind.
- Each participant is responsible for their own booth set-up, staffing, sales, transactions, and tear-down during the event.
- Favor the Kind is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items brought to or from the event.
- In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if the event needs to be postponed or rescheduled.
- You keep the sales you make! Your $30 purchase reserves your spot to sell in.
WANT TO BE A VENDOR?

• Vintage & designer clothing with a timeless, elevated feel
• Lifestyle goods (candles, ceramics, tabletop items, planters)
• Giftable goods (small art objects, keepsakes, trinkets, treasures)

• Toys, books, clothing
