What You'll Do
Host the Sales Floor — 50%
You're the energy of the room. You'll make every customer feel like they're the only person in the store.
- Welcome customers with genuine warmth and create real, lasting connections
- Help shoppers discover thoughtful gifts and products they'll love
- Share product stories, styling ideas, and gift inspiration naturally and enthusiastically
- Drive toward daily sales goals while keeping the vibe joyful and welcoming
- Maintain a beautifully presented, organized store environment
- Lead by example — kindness, positivity, and exceptional service every shift
Create & Share Social Media Content — 30%
You'll be the face and voice of Favor the Kind on Instagram — authentic, playful, and on-brand.
- Capture genuine in-store moments for Stories, Reels, and posts
- Spotlight products, gift ideas, and style inspiration through engaging content
- Participate in and help develop playful videos, skits, and product storytelling
- Help grow and nurture our online community with consistent engagement
- Collaborate with leadership to support our Instagram strategy and bring new ideas to the table
Help Plan & Host Events — 10%
- Support planning and promotion of in-store events and special experiences
- Help host guests during events, creating a celebratory and welcoming atmosphere
Support Store Operations — 10%
- Maintain store organization and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with restocking and day-to-day store needs
- Support team communication and daily operations
Who We're Looking For

- Comfortable on camera — not just willing, but enthusiastic

- Organized, dependable, and a strong project manager (this one's a must)
- A team player who's excited to grow with a values-driven brand
Retail experience is a plus, but personality, energy, and attitude matter most.
Position Details
Location: Favor the Kind, Dallas
Schedule: 40 hours/week, including every other weekend and occasional event evenings
Employment: Full-time
